About Exceed Solutions
What is Exceed Solutions?
Exceed Solutions is an enterprise AI agent firm headquartered in Amman, Jordan, serving MENA and international clients. It builds and operates production AI agents for regulated enterprises using our governance-first framework. The firm operates in English and Arabic.
Who is Exceed Solutions for?
Exceed Solutions works with enterprise leadership — CEOs, COOs, CFOs, and boards — in regulated sectors such as financial services, insurance, industrial operations, and logistics. Its engagements are designed to satisfy the CTO and the risk function as well as the boardroom.
What makes Exceed Solutions different from a traditional AI consultancy?
Exceed Solutions ships working agents, not slide decks. Every engagement is built on our framework, so governance and audit exist from the first workflow rather than being recommended in a report. The firm also embeds inside client teams and hands over the capability, instead of billing hours indefinitely.
Where is Exceed Solutions headquartered and which regions do you serve?
Exceed Solutions is headquartered in Amman, Jordan. It serves clients across the MENA region — with active work in the GCC — and internationally. Delivery is available in English and Arabic.
When was Exceed Solutions founded?
Exceed Solutions was founded in 2025, building on the framework authored by Omar Soman. The firm's first enterprise engagements began in the same year.

About Agentization Core
What is Agentization Core?
Agentization Core is a governance-first framework for deploying AI agents inside regulated enterprises. It defines how agents earn autonomy: every action is auditable, every boundary is explicit, and every deployment adapts to the enterprise's own language and approval chains. It is the foundation of every Exceed Solutions engagement.
Who authored Agentization Core?
Agentization Core was authored by Omar Soman, a Verified Claude Partner and co-founder of Exceed Solutions. The framework is maintained by Exceed Solutions.
Is Agentization Core proprietary or open?
The framework's governance patterns are published and open to scrutiny; the implementation and each client's adaptation layer are proprietary. What the framework learns about a client's enterprise belongs to that client.
Which large language models does Agentization Core work with?
Agentization Core is model-agnostic. It runs with Claude, with open-weight models hosted on client infrastructure, or with a mix of models chosen per workload. The model is selected to pass the client's own security and risk review.
How does Agentization Core compare to LangGraph, LangChain, or the OpenAI Agents SDK?
LangGraph, LangChain, and the OpenAI Agents SDK are orchestration toolkits for engineers. Agentization Core operates a level above orchestration: it adds enterprise governance, audit trails, and adaptation to a specific organisation. The two are complementary, and Agentization Core can run over existing orchestration investments.

Engagement + delivery
How do you engage with a new enterprise client?
Every engagement starts with a conversation and a short discovery: we identify one workflow where an agent produces measurable value under full governance. That workflow becomes the first paid pilot. Expansion follows the evidence, not the pitch.
What are the three commercial doors Exceed Solutions offers?
Exceed Solutions offers three engagement models: Referral + Rev-share for introducers, Joint Go-to-Market for firms selling alongside us, and Founding-Team Embed for enterprises building the capability in-house. All three deliver on the framework.
How long does a typical first engagement take?
A first pilot typically reaches a supervised production workflow within one quarter. Discovery and scoping take two to four weeks before that. Timelines are agreed in writing before work begins.
Do you work in parallel with existing consulting engagements?
Yes. Exceed Solutions builds and operates agents; it does not replace strategy or transformation consultants. Engagements regularly run alongside firms such as Deloitte, McKinsey, or EY, with clear boundaries on who owns what.
Can Exceed Solutions white-label its solutions for our brand?
Yes, under the Joint Go-to-Market model. Your firm leads the client relationship under its own brand while Exceed Solutions carries the delivery. Governance and audit standards remain identical to branded engagements.
Category 4
Data + security + governance
Where does our data live during an Exceed Solutions engagement?
Client data stays in the client's environment. Agents run inside the client's perimeter or in infrastructure the client controls, and systems of record are reached only through governed connectors. Exceed Solutions does not take client data into its own systems.
Do you use open-source or closed-source LLMs?
Either, or both. The framework is model-agnostic: closed models like Claude for frontier reasoning, open-weight models on client infrastructure where data residency demands it. The choice is made per workload with the client's security team.
How do you handle regulated data (health, financial, defence)?
Regulated workloads run on infrastructure that meets the sector's residency and clearance requirements, with model choice constrained accordingly. Every agent action on regulated data is logged to an immutable audit trail. The client's compliance function reviews the governance design before go-live.
What audit trail do Exceed Solutions agents produce?
Every agent action produces a structured record: what was done, on whose authority, under which boundary, and with what outcome. Records are immutable and readable by the client's own compliance and audit teams. The trail exists from the first pilot, not as a later add-on.
How does human-in-the-loop work in the Exceed Solutions framework?
The framework uses governed autonomy rather than approval-per-action. Agents act freely inside boundaries the client's risk team defines, and escalate to humans at the edge — for exceptions, threshold breaches, and novel cases. Humans supervise the system, not every keystroke.
Category 5
Pricing + commercial model
How does Exceed Solutions price its work?
Pricing follows the engagement model: fixed-scope pilots, ongoing delivery retainers for embeds, and revenue-share for referral and joint go-to-market work. Terms are agreed in writing before delivery begins. There are no metered per-seat licences.
What is the typical range for a first paid pilot?
A first pilot is scoped to one workflow and priced to be a straightforward decision for an enterprise budget holder — meaningful enough to be taken seriously, small enough not to require a procurement cycle. Exact figures are discussed in the first conversation, because scope drives price.
Do you charge for a discovery call?
No. The first conversation and initial discovery are free. Payment starts when scoped delivery work begins.
How does the referral + revenue-share model work?
An introducer connects Exceed Solutions with an enterprise; terms are agreed in writing before the first client meeting. The introducer shares in the revenue of everything that ships through that introduction, for the life of the engagement. The introducer carries no delivery obligation.

Team + credentials
Who founded Exceed Solutions?
Exceed Solutions was founded by Omar Soman, author of the framework and a Verified Claude Partner; Ghaith Al Mifrigi, who leads operations and go-to-market; and Ghazi Abu Alragheb, who leads business operations. The founding team is based in Amman, Jordan.
Is Exceed Solutions a Verified Claude Partner?
Yes. Omar Soman, Exceed Solutions' framework author and co-founder, holds Verified Claude Partner status. The partnership covers building enterprise solutions on Claude; it does not restrict the firm's model-agnostic delivery.
What does "framework-agnostic" mean at Exceed Solutions?
It means the client's existing stack is respected. The framework runs over the models, clouds, and orchestration tools a client already uses or prefers, rather than forcing a replacement. The framework governs; it does not colonise.
Category 7
Regional + language
Which languages does Exceed Solutions operate in?
Exceed Solutions operates in English and Arabic — in delivery, documentation, and the agents themselves. Deployments can run bilingually, matching each workflow to the language the business actually uses.
Do you have on-the-ground presence in the GCC?
Exceed Solutions is Amman-based with active engagements and regular on-site presence across the GCC. On-the-ground delivery is arranged per engagement, in the client's own offices where the work requires it.
Can Exceed Solutions deliver an Arabic-first agent deployment?
Yes. The framework's adaptation layer is built to learn an enterprise's own vocabulary in Arabic, including regional registers. Arabic-first means the agents, the audit trail, and the operating documentation lead in Arabic — not a translated afterthought.
